Middle Ground was born out of a shared ache and a shared hope. So many Christian singles told us the same thing:
“I want to meet people in real life.”
“I want community, not just one-off events.”
“I don’t want this to end.”
After just a few months, our community has grown to over 150 people — and it became clear that if this was going to last, it needed structure, intention, and sustainability.
That’s why we created The Middle.
Membership allows us (Kate & Mec-Lynn) to consistently plan, organise, and host meaningful, faith-aligned opportunities for connection across Melbourne — without relying on burnout, good intentions, or last-minute scrambling.

Refund policy:
Middle Ground memberships are non-refundable. Memberships provide access, priority, and support for what we’re building together, rather than guaranteed attendance or outcomes.
In the case of a duplicate purchase, technical error, or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we’ll review your request with care.
SMALL GROUP DINNERS
Small group dinners are where Middle Ground becomes more than just events.
These are simple, hosted meals for a handful of people to slow down, share food, and actually get to know each other — without awkward icebreakers or pressure.
They’re optional, capped, for members ONLY!
EVENTS HUB
Middle Ground events are designed around connection, not overwhelm.
From summer picnics and mixers to cosy winter nights and intentional dating experiences, our calendar reflects the season we’re in — and the kind of connection people actually need.
Members get priority access and early tickets, with some events also open to the wider community.
